Corporates believe in two way communication, and that is true to some extent. However, we at iZotron firmly believe that “The most important thing in communication is, hearing what isn’t said”.
Conversation leads to communication, communication leads to relations, and maintaining that relation leads to the valence of association between corporates. Effective communication helps us better understand each-other or the situation and enables us to resolve differences, build trust and mutual respect, and create environments where creative ideas, problem solving, affection, and caring can show the electrifying extravaganza on the board
There was a humungous amount of electrifying energy unfolding, when we participated at the Hindustan Times-Shine HR conclave at Gurgaon as a sponsor. In the presence of the leaders of some of the biggest corporates like; Google, BSNL, Dell, Yahoo India, Wipro etc. the environment was exhilarating.
The subject of this meeting was “how to build HR for business growth”. We discussed on the challenges and issues that corporates now a days face and how they can transform themselves into a strategic vacuum, responding to the business’s day-to-day operating needs with a clear view of the big picture.
We at iZotron perceive that employees are the soul of an organization and we must learn how to attract, nurture and retain the best talent by inculcating a culture of learning, performing, developing creativity and team work. Our whole and sole motto is “We can’t teach employees to smile. They have to smile because we smile for them”.
